Days: Every Saturday
Times: 0800-0915 (1ST session) & 0945-1100 (2nd session)
Location: Mill Creek Baptist Church 1182 Jones St. Radcliff, KY 40160
* EACH SESSION IS ONLY 16 ATHLETES MAX. 1st COME!
$50 – All athletes
$40 – Coaches (family member)
Payment will be accepted on site at the designated location, time/date after the completion of the Registration deadline or 16 Athletes have been achieved per training session
This program will consist of training such as: speed, endurance, strength, agility, coordination and flexibility. We will also focus on goal setting, team building and eating habit knowledge. Our coaches will incorporate methods to use throughout the week that will keep you accountable and help you to reach your personal goals. This is designed to be an all-around training camp that focuses on the overall fitness level that every person needs to be functional throughout their life.
INTERMEDIATE COURSE: Personnel who are less mobile and have physical limitations are recommended for this course.
ADVANCE COURSE: Personnel who are mobile and moderately active this will be a great training session for your YOU!
